- Apartment ventilation from bathrooms, laundries, kitchen rangehoods via inline and bulkhead fans, plastic and flex ducts.
- Common ducting, car parks, lobby ventilation
- Common electrical, connection of common ventilation fans in car parks, includes building MSSBs, installation of VSDs.
